These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SgCar.Rent's car rental services in Singapore. By making a booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing our website, creating an account, or renting a vehicle from SgCar.Rent, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
To rent a vehicle from SgCar.Rent, you must meet the following requirements:
A booking is confirmed once you receive an email confirmation from SgCar.Rent. Vehicle availability is subject to confirmation. We reserve the right to provide a similar or upgraded vehicle if the booked vehicle is unavailable.
Booking modifications are subject to vehicle availability and may result in rate changes. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your pickup time to request modifications.
When using our rental vehicles, you agree to:
All rates displayed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST. Rates do not include fuel, ERP charges, parking fees, traffic violations, or additional equipment like child seats ($10/day).
A security deposit is required at pickup ($200-$1,000 depending on vehicle). Deposits are authorized on your credit card and released within 7-14 business days after return, subject to no damages.
All rentals include basic insurance coverage: Third-party liability up to $1,000,000, collision damage waiver (CDW), and personal accident coverage for the driver.
Optional Super CDW is available to reduce excess to $0 for an additional daily fee.
Please return the vehicle on time. A 30-minute grace period applies, after which hourly or daily rates will be charged. The vehicle should be returned in the same condition as received, cleaned and with a full tank of fuel.
Strictly prohibited: Illegal activities, racing, subletting, towing, off-road driving, or driving outside Singapore without approval.
In case of accident: Ensure safety, call 999 if needed, exchange info/photos, and contact SgCar.Rent immediately at +65 4123 5799. Complete an accident report within 24 hours.
24/7 roadside assistance is included for mechanical breakdowns, flat tires, or battery issues.
SgCar.Rent's liability is limited to the rental fees paid. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of business, or personal belongings left in vehicles.
